PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy for a marketing system that remembers the work.

Markethink helps businesses organize campaigns, review creative, and keep marketing moving. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how connected Google account access is handled.

Overview

Markethink is operated by AllDigitalMedia. We use information to provide the Markethink service, support customer accounts, organize marketing work, prepare review-ready assets, and improve the reliability of the system.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data to create public claims, testimonials, or case studies without permission. We only request account access that is needed to provide the service the customer has asked us to provide.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Markethink, we may collect:

  • Contact and account information: name, business name, email address, role, and communication preferences.
  • Business and marketing context: brand notes, campaign briefs, approvals, feedback, content drafts, lead criteria, assets, and work history.
  • Submitted files and content: documents, images, links, screenshots, or other material you provide for marketing work.
  • Usage and operational information: pages visited, request timestamps, device/browser information, form submissions, and service logs used for security, troubleshooting, and service quality.
  • Connected-account information: data made available when you connect a third-party service, including Google account access as described below.

Google account and Workspace data

If you choose to connect a Google account, Markethink may ask for permission to access limited Google account or Google Workspace data so the system can support requested marketing operations, such as reading approved files, preparing work from documents, organizing campaign materials, or helping with approved communication workflows.

Depending on the permissions you approve, this may include:

  • basic Google account profile information, such as your name and email address;
  • Google Drive file metadata or file content that you explicitly authorize Markethink to access;
  • Google Docs, Sheets, or other Workspace content needed to complete a task you requested;
  • email or calendar information only when you explicitly approve access and the workflow requires it.

Markethink uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless it is necessary to provide the service, investigate a security or operational issue, comply with law, or you have explicitly asked for human support.

Markethink's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain Markethink;
  • learn the customer’s business context so marketing work does not restart from zero each week;
  • organize campaigns, drafts, approvals, assets, and review history;
  • prepare marketing deliverables requested by the customer;
  • communicate about walkthroughs, support, account status, and service updates;
  • protect the service from misuse, abuse, unauthorized access, and reliability issues;
  • measure and improve product quality, customer experience, and operational performance.

How information is shared

We share information only when needed to operate Markethink, fulfill a customer request, or meet legal obligations. This may include trusted service providers who help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, or deliver the service. These providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to us.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Markethink, maintain customer work history, meet operational needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your account information, customer materials, or connected-account data by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups, audit records, security logs, or records we are required to keep, but we will limit retention to what is reasonably necessary.

You can revoke Google account access at any time from your Google account permissions page. Once access is revoked, Markethink will no longer be able to retrieve new information from that Google account unless you reconnect it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we treat customer materials and connected-account access as sensitive operational data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain uses of your personal information. You can contact us to make a request, update your details, or ask questions about how your information is handled.

You can also choose not to connect third-party accounts. Some Markethink workflows may be limited if the system cannot access the materials needed to complete the requested work.

Children’s privacy

Markethink is designed for businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Markethink changes or as legal, operational, or security requirements evolve. When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
